Graham Bunn.Hello fellow Comanche flyers,
This post is to gauge interest in “plane pooling” to attend the Londown Fly-in (Tasmania) 14th-16th February.
While i have flown across Bass Straight before and would have no hesitation in doing so again, on this occasion I would be travelling on my own and it seems a bit inefficient to have just the one person in the plane.
There may be others in a similar situation so would there be interest in meeting up at some suitable place or picking up along the way to utilise spare seats which may be available?
I am happy to take others with me and I think it could be a way to get more out of the trip by sharing with someone or travel in a plane you may not have been in before.
Anyway, if there is any interest or comments we can take it from there.

Hi Ken,
I have been investigating why the forum is not (has never?!) been automatically subscribed to by all our members. This is the reason you will not have received any replies to your post until this one… nobody knows you posted (except me!)
As soon as I figure out how to subscribe everyone to the forum I will send out an all points broadcast to explain how it works. Hopefully that will be before next week.
