We now have a great deal in place with BellaPetro to get a very handy discount on oil, and in due course on fuels when they are more widely available. Hats off to Murray Wilkes for offering this deal to us.
The following explains how to order oil from BellaPetro and receive the Comanche society discount:
- Go to www.bellapetro.com.au
- Enter our login as groupoil@comancheflyer.com.au
- Enter our password cs123
- Enter the requested ‘Bot code’
You should then see this page:
Until you make the changes described below, you will see the name and order details of the last person to have logged in and made an order with this account. Please ignore them!
Now you will change the details so that the order goes to you.
These are the details that will appear on your Tax Invoice and will provide your delivery details to the transportation company, so please enter carefully.
Detailed instructions to complete the job are as follows:
- Go to MY ACCOUNT up the top right and select ‘Profile Details’ and then;
- Enter your own name
- Enter your own address
- Enter your own phone number
| Please DO NOT Change the email address or password. The email address is what triggers the ICS discount. Repeat- please do not change them. |
- Save the changes
- Click on ‘HOME’ and then on the ‘Piston Engine Oils’ picture
- From there, just follow your nose through the process of ordering products.
- Once your cart is full, click on the ‘calculate’ word next to the small plane amongst the Cart pricing totals (bottom right).
- Again, follow your nose and select the only shipping available, which will be 10c. The reason that the site can’t calculate shipping at this point is that usually a login is ‘location specific’ but our ICS members will log in from many locations. Freight will be calculated once Murray gets your order.
- Once the cart is showing the 10c freight, click the orange button ‘proceed to checkout’.
- Leave a comment if you wish, as that goes through to Murray at BellaPetro in an email once the order is placed. This would be an excellent place to put your email address.
- Click ‘Continue’ just above the BILLING OPTIONS toward the bottom of the page.
- LEAVE THE BLUE DOT in the ‘Direct Deposit’ option, so that you won’t be asked to enter any more details.
- When you are sure that all things are entered correctly, Click on ‘SUBMIT MY ORDER’, Name/Address/Phone Number (so I can call you)/products…. You can go back at any point until now, but after you click ‘Submit My Order’, your order finalises.
- Now that the order is submitted an email will go to Murray, and within a day he will call you with the freight cost, then process the payment for both oil and the freight with you on the phone by credit card.
Once this process is completed, if the payment is made by about 4pm the order will ship out the following day, unless it’s a Friday!
Delivery will take as long as the particular freight company takes…. Some pick-ups are a bit slow at the moment, as the freight companies in Melbourne are totally overloaded with deliveries due to the lockdown.
Note- the email address for this Comanche Society account has to go somewhere- to keep life simple it has been set up to forward to the Tribe Chief email account. I will do my best to forward your order confirmation and invoice when I see them.
