The ICS Australasia tribe will hold its AGM at the clubrooms of the Narromine Aero Club at Narromine Airport commencing at 2:00 pm AEST on October 26th 2024
There is at least one important issue to be discussed so please take the time to read the accompanying documents.

Our Tribe Chief David Miller has said that if sufficient members are interested he would try to arrange a dinner on the night of the 26th October.
One major issue is that your current Committee feel that it would be beneficial to increase the size of our Committee to seven (7). That is four Office Bearers and three additional Ordinary Committee Members.
This would require a change to our Articles of Association by Special Resolution and this would require approval of at least 75% of Members present and voting or voting by proxy.

Zoom Access
We tried ZOOM coverage at a previous meeting at Narromine but it was not successful due to inadequate bandwidth at the Aerolcub. Hence while ZOOM access to the AGM on 26th October will now be available, it will be for observing only; it will not be available for voting. If you cannot attend and wish to vote, please send a proxy form to the secretary.
